Tree of Hearts and Dotty About Paper have always been sister companies run by the same team from our Shropshire studio. We wanted to keep bringing you the latest trends and designs as quickly as possible, and taking advantage of the latest technology is the way to do it. By combining our brands, websites, and social media platforms, we can streamline our services and offer you an even better experience.

We wanted to reassure you that very little has changed for you, our wonderful customers. Our products and prices remain the same, and our friendly customer service team are available to assist you just as before. We also moved lots of our wedding designs over, too!

• You can still place an order on Tree of Hearts until midnight on Monday 27th March and it will be fulfilled as normal.
• If you have orders open on Tree of Hearts these will be processed as normal.
• If you have a Tree of Hearts account this will not be transferred to Dotty About Paper, you will need to create a new account on Dotty About Paper or checkout as a guest. However, please note that your previous Tree of Hearts orders will still be accessible by our team so if you're looking to place a repeat order or have any queries, we're here to help.
• Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to view your Tree of Hearts order history.
• If you have items saved in your basket but not checked out, you will not be able to view them after Monday.
• If possible, please checkout before midnight on Monday, otherwise, you will need to recreate your order on Dotty About Paper.
