Placing your order via email

At Dotty about Paper, our staff are always happy to help. If you prefer to place your order via email instead of online, a small admin fee of £10 per product type will be applied to cover staff time.

While our pre-designed ranges and layouts are loved by many, we also understand that sometimes you need something a little different. Whether it’s a subtle tweak or a complete custom design, we are happy to accommodate changes beyond our standard offerings.

How Customisation Works

We’re happy to accommodate a variety of changes, from minor adjustments to complete redesigns. Here's how we handle different types of requests:

  • Small Changes (£5-10): If you'd like a small change to an existing design—such as adjusting a colour, changing the text, or switching a font—we can usually make these updates quickly. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we’ll take care of it. IMPORTANT: Tell us about your change by placing your order and adding a note into the box called 'Add an order note for any other information you wish to provide'. If you don't add the information into this box, the order will go to print without the change you require.

  • More Complex Changes (£10-£50): For changes that are a bit more involved, like making several minor tweaks, rearranging elements or altering the layout of a design, there may be a small fee of £10-£50, depending on the complexity of the modification. We’ll always provide a clear quote before we proceed. Please let us know about your changes before placing your order.

  • Fully Custom Designs (Starting at £100): If you're after something completely original, we offer bespoke design services. Prices for custom designs start at £100, but the final cost will depend on the complexity of the project. Whether you’re looking for a brand-new layout, personalised illustrations, or a specific theme, we’ll work with you to create a design that’s perfect for your event.
